“Applying Your Learning Achievements Creatively” – A Framework for the Post 2015 Development Agenda launched!


After lots of behind the scenes consultations and activities, the West Africa Social Entrepreneurs Network (WASEN) in collaboration with the United Nations “The World We Want” program has finally launched its high level consensus building platform called “APPLYING YOUR LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS CREATIVELY”. The platform represent a premier learning place for young practitioners, policy-makers, donors, private sector companies, social impact investors, technical assistance providers, researchers, educators, government representatives, and youth leaders working to increase global sustainable economic opportunities for marginalized communities.

Are you passionate about building a movement to end extreme poverty? This is your chance to put all your energy into working with WASEN to push for the most ambitious commitments ever. You will be tasked to make bold and practical recommendations to the development agenda beyond 2015.

You will also have the opportunity to join one of our highly inspiring working group presentations, debates, and breakout sessions to propose innovative ideas, recommendations and findings to the development agenda beyond 2015 with High-Level Panel of Eminent Persons working on the Post-2015 Development Agenda.


Travel bursaries will be available for you to attend local and global conferences, events, and workshops to network and exchange lessons learned, case studies, promising best practices, and innovative ideas with global leaders and players working on the new development framework before the expiry of the Millennium Development Goals.
